  • 8 Name cards
  • Children are encouraged to look around the classroom and choose a toy that starts with the same letter as their name.
  • Gather in a circle at the carpet and everyone will try to find their name-tags and sit comfortably and place the name-tag in front of them.
  • Talk about how our names are similar or different and in what way.
  • Children will be introduced to a steady beat rhythm, and then sing and do the beat together as a group.
